Next Level undertook the reconstruction of a logistics warehouse in Kalochori, Thessaloniki, transforming it into a modern facility designed to meet today's storage and distribution requirements. The project focused on improving functionality, safety and long-term durability. The main challenges included: ‣ upgrading the site's drainage infrastructure ‣ improving the functionality of the outdoor areas ‣ increasing the durability of the industrial flooring ‣ creating safe facilities for everyday logistics operations The project included: ‣ perimeter drainage system ‣ asphalt paving of the surrounding area ‣ industrial epoxy flooring ‣ installation of industrial and fire-rated doors ‣ construction of a container loading dock ‣ perimeter fencing
