HOME RENOVATION 2026
The Official Programme Guide Has Been Published!

The Home Renovation 2026 programme provides financial support for renovation works combined with moderate energy efficiency upgrades in eligible older residential properties.

Eligible works include kitchen and bathroom renovations, flooring, electrical and plumbing installations, alongside energy efficiency improvements such as window and door replacements, thermal insulation, heating systems and solar water heaters.
Additional funding is available for engineering studies and technical services,
subject to the programme's terms and conditions.

from technical assessments to planning and cost estimation of the proposed improvements.
