NEWS

The HOUSING RENOVATION Action under the 2021–2027 NSRF is currently underway.

If you meet the eligibility requirements, you can proceed with renovation and energy-efficiency upgrades to your home, with funding of up to 95%.

The maximum grant is €36,000 per home and covers renovation and repair works, as well as energy- efficiency upgrades.

The NEXT LEVEL team is available to assess your home’s needs and guide you through the implementation of the necessary improvements.
